Psalm 62:5
For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.
Living With Neurodiversity - You and Me
Is a Christian group dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder/Asperger's. Our goal is to create a community where individuals can share their experiences, find understanding, compassion, and access resources to validate their Neurodiverse/ Neurotypical relationship challenges. Through validation, empathy, and empowerment, we aim to break the stigma surrounding neurodiversity and promote a culture of healing, acceptance, where neurodiversity is celebrated.
How We Help

Education
Our classes/studies, Zoom meetings, or private one-on-one sessions, are interactive means to offer support and guidance to assist Neurodiverse and Neurotypicals in understanding their relationship, whether married or parents. We aim to equip individuals with practical tools and skills to maintain balance and wellbeing, and to empower and promote resilience with self and within the Neurodiverse relationship.

On Line Support Groups

OnLine Resources
Joining our support group allows individuals to connect with others facing similar challenges, fostering a sense of community and understanding. This group provides a platform for respectful sharing of experiences, gaining insights, and building a supportive network to navigate the ups and downs of a neurodiverse relationship.
Our workshops focus on relationship skills, self-care practices, and coping mechanisms, to empower individuals in managing their mental and emotional well-being. These interactive sessions aim to enhance self-awareness, build resilience, and equip individuals with practical tools and skills to maintain emotional balance and mental well being. In addition, through the use of articles, podcasts, and YouTube videos, we offer a variety of materials to aid with understanding our Neurodiverse community.
